    Always clean and we'll stocked. The employees are friendly and personable! Never go to 7-11 across the street I believe they are trying to breed new bacteria at their coffee station. Always too gross. But the Shell station is the best spot especially if you like fried chicken and yummy coffee!

    When my family went to pick up my grandfather's ashes his name was incorrectly labeled. It wasn't clear if they were in fact my grandfather's remains. They made phone calls in front of my family and opened the box in front of everyone. After verifying that the number matched the number on the tag that was attached to my grandfather they scratched out the tag and wrote the correct name in sharpie. Given the sensitivity of the situation it was very unsatisfactory service and the way the mistake was handled was very upsetting under the circumstances.

    Hate to admit it but I have never had a clue how to know what I was looking at in my insurance policies. Durney's gave me choices, and then made sure I understood what those choices were. I use them for Home, Car, and Business. I am comfortable with the budget, and the coverage. AND, when I needed to use my policies, the office staff was helpful and courteous. Thank you.
